What is Tongkat Ali?
Eurycoma longifolia, also known as tongkat ali, akar ali, pasak bumi, or longjack, is a flowering plant in the family Simaroubaceae with a wide range of uses and potential health benefits.It is native mainly to Malaysia and Indonesia, but also found in Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.The plant is a medium-sized slender shrub that can reach 10 m (33 ft) in height. The root of the plant has been used in folk medicine of the South East Asian region, and in modern times has common use as dietary supplements, as well as food and drink additives.

Stevia, biological name Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) Hemsl. Perennial herb, 100-150cm high. Stems erect, semi-lignified at the base, about 1cm thick, and many branches. Leaves opposite; sessile; leaves obovate to broadly lanceolate, 5-10cm long and 1.5-3.5cm wide.
It is native to the alpine grasslands of the border between Paraguay and Brazil in South America. It is now planted in Beijing, Hebei, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hunan, Yunnan and other places.
