Product Description
Soybean lecithin is a by-product in the process of refining soybean oil. It is obtained by solvent extraction, centrifugation and alcohol washing. Granular soybean lecithin on the market is the phospholipid precipitated from soybean oil during degumming, and then processed and dried. Pure soybean lecithin is a brownish yellow waxy solid, easy to absorb water and turn into brownish black colloid, easy to oxidize, gradually changing from brownish yellow to brownish yellow; Soybean lecithin contains lecithin and cephalin, which can delay aging and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
Soybean lecithin can enhance the ability of cell information transmission, so as to improve the vitality of the brain and the self repair ability of cell membrane to protect the liver. It is also a natural emollient, emulsifier, antioxidant and dauber. The general composition of soybean lecithin is: phosphatidylcholine PC (lecithin) 25-32%, phosphatidylethanolamine PE (cephalin) 15-22%, phosphatidylinositol PI (inositol phospholipid) 15%, phosphatidylglycerol PG (sphingomyelin) 16%, phosphatidyl acid PA 4%, and other phospholipids 8%.
The main difference between egg yolk phospholipid and soybean phospholipid is that phosphatidylcholine is up to 70% and phosphatidylinositol is only 0.6%. Excluding: phosphatidic acid, phosphatidylserine, N-acyl phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol.
