Molecular formula:C6H14N4O
Descriptions: White rhomboidal (dihydrate) crystal or crystalline powder. Melting point 244°C(dissolution). After crystallization, water of crystallization lose in 105°C. Its aqueous solution presents strong alkaline property. It can absorb carbon dioxide from air, soluble in water(15%,21°C), insoluble in diethyl ether, slightly soluble in ethanol.
Natural L —Arginine exists widely in protamines etc. It’s also basic element of various proteins. Apart from protamines, it also exists in cuttlefish, green tea, garlic etc. as a special flavor substance inside them.
Applications: As flavor enhancer, nutrition intensifier, the product can be widely used in aquatic products, green tea and so on. Special scent substance can be generated in heating reaction with sugar. It’s important element in amino acid transfusion and amino acid preparation.

L-Arginine Application: L-Arginine is non-essential amino acid to adults. But it generate slow in the body. To the infants, L-Arginine is essential amino acid. It has certain detoxication action, it can help remove excessive nitrogen in the body, stimulate generation of insulin, help liver discharge toxic (ammonia etc), improve sperm growth, inhibit tumor growth, promote wound healing, loss weight etc.
