Salicylic acid is a β-hydroxy acid (Beta Hydroxy Acid), also known as BHA, B softening fruit acid, which is found in willow bark, white pearl leaves and sweet birch trees. Salicylic acid has excellent anti-acne, exfoliation, and pore cleansing abilities, and is highly safe. Salicylic acid can also lighten pigmented spots, reduce pores, remove fine wrinkles and improve the aging caused by sun exposure, so it has become a new favorite of skin care products. However, salicylic acid is insoluble in water and has strong irritation, so its application is greatly limited. The salicylic acid nanoactive substance with a particle size of less than 30nm developed by the nano-delivery system (NDS) allows salicylic acid to be stably wrapped in the nanocarrier, which can greatly increase the absorption efficiency and bioavailability, solve the original defects and maintain the original advantages of salicylic acid, and make the application more convenient and widespread. |
